Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain it, or just have a gnawing sense that your not eating optimally for your body, this course puts food through a new lens—to find out what foods help you become the best version of yourself.
This course isn’t some dietary regime that punishes you for hanging out with Ben & Jerry. We all have unique DNA, emotional needs, schedules, and finances, so why would we ever expect a one-size-fits-all diet to work? Together we will determine your individual food fingerprint, decoding how certain foods affect your unique body chemistry. While I can do a diagnostic evaluation to help optimize your hormonal levels and nutritional uptake,* the real wisdom lies within you.
I can guide you on how to surface subconscious attachments to particular foods and teach you skills to break out of “food prison,” instilling you with a sense of freedom, not limitation, surrounding your dietary choices.
