I know what it’s like to drag myself out of bed, depend on coffee to get through a day, nibble at salads while still gaining weight, and struggle to make it through a month without curling up in a puddle of tears.
At times, I felt so desperate for an answer that I’d do anything to feel balanced, vibrant, and free from the roller coaster of symptoms.
I did all the diets
I exercised until my feet blistered and bled.
I tried supplements, cleanses, meditations…
ALL OF IT!
In search of the pretty-skinny-happy formula, I went to Naturopathic medical school. I’m not kidding!
But it wasn’t enough to get to the heart of the matter so I kept seeking.
Since graduating, I’ve put my love of learing to good use by studying Eating Psychology, Somatic Therapies, NeuroLinguistic Programing (NLP), and Hypnosis.
Currently, I’m in Layla Martin’s VITA certification training – a year long study Embodiment, Tantra and Holistic Sexuality.
I’ve spent close to two decades learning everything I possibly could about my body and life from a physiological, biological, and energetic level in an effort to heal at the deepest level.
Now, it’s my life’s work to live a vibrant life and to teach other women how to do the same… allowing them to make a bigger and better impact in their families & relationships, in their work, and in the world.

Let me tell you a secret.
You cannot hate yourself into health or happiness.
In order to reach your goal – and then live with greater wellbeing – you must walk a path that is both effective AND sustainable. To be sustainable, the path must be pleasurable, enjoyable, satisfying, and fulfilling. If you suffer along the way, you will never sustain any progress you achieve.
That is why I combine the science of medicine (holistic, comprehensive, naturopathic care) with the art of coaching and somatic integration.
When we work together, we tackle your life, not just your symptoms.
We will address your sources of stress – the stressors -and the stress itself – taking steps to metabolize the stress already woven into the fabric of your body through recent and past experience.
