The breakthrough. The lesson. The clean version of how they got there.
What you almost never see is the middle - what it actually looks like to live this in real time.
Explorations of Aliveness is that middle.
45 episodes recorded across five months of a real life - from parking lots, a morning bed, a sauna, a trail alongside a river in Missoula, a rental house in Sedona. Published when the channel was open. Not when the lesson was clear.
Not the resurrection. The cross - and what it actually takes to get through it.
The are of five months - from the declaration that her life is for aliveness, through falling in love and losing it, burning down a clinical practice she'd spent years building, and learning what it costs to stop editing herself for other people's comfort.
And woven through all of it, the practices - named as they were discovered, not packaged after the fact.
The body check - learning to ask your body what yes feels like, what no feels like, and trusting what she tells you.
Needs, expectations, preferences - knowing the difference between what costs you and what you can freely release.
Expression versus weaponizing - the nuance between revealing your emotional truth and using it to modify someone else.
You don't realize the mess is the path.
The curated outcome - the one where the expert has already figured it out and is now graciously sharing the lesson - keeps you isolated in your own unraveling. Because if they got through it smoothly, and you're still in the middle of it, the only conclusion is that something is wrong with you.
45 episodes delivered through a private Telegram feed - no platform, no login, no algorithm. Just the recordings, in order, available the moment you purchase.
This is not an ongoing subscription. It's a finished body of work. The full arc of five months of a real life, available to you in full
ABOUT DAWN
I'm Dr. Dawn Dalili, a Naturopathic Physician with almost twenty years in women's health. In December 2025, I declared my life is for aliveness - and then spent the next five months finding out what that actually required.
These 45 episodes are what happened during that time. The clinical practice I declared outgrown. The relationship that required choosing myself over belonging. The tools I'd been teaching patients for years that I had to learn to live myself.
I recorded from parking lots and my morning bed and the middle of realizations I couldn't let pass. I published when the channel was open.
You're in the middle of something real. And now you're not alone.
