After almost 15 years of practicing Naturopathic Medicine, I’ve accepted that medicine alone does not bring about the deep sense of wellness most women crave. So now, I do much more than Naturopathic Medicine.

The Pleasure Path allows you to ditch diets and punishing exercise, inviting you into an effective yet sustainable approach to your most vibrant health.
Dr. Dalili is the perfect balance of knowledge, truth, and intuition. She’s opened me to greater love and connection, and shined a light on my blind spots – which has helped me to grow personally and caused my relationships to improve as well.

That is why I combine the science of medicine (holistic, comprehensive, naturopathic care) with the art of coaching and somatic integration.

I know what it’s like to drag myself out of bed, depend on coffee to get through a day, nibble at salads while still gaining weight, and struggle to make it through a month without curling up in a puddle of tears.
I tolerated a sexless relationship for almost two years.
At times, I felt so desperate for an answer that I’d do anything to alive and in touch with my desire (in myself and in the relationship).
I changed my diet.
I took herbs and hormones to increase testosterone.
I tried supplements, mindset tools, and meditations…
But it wasn’t enough to get to the heart of the matter so I kept seeking.
Since medical school, I’ve put my love of learning to good use by studying eating psychology, somatic therapies, neurolinguistic programing (NLP), and hypnosis.
Currently, I’m in Layla Martin’s VITA certification training – a two year study of Embodiment, Tantra and Holistic Sexuality – and am learning the ins and outs of relationship and communication by taking almost every course offered by Alison Armstrong of “The Queen’s Code.” In 2024, I’ll be diving into energy medicine.
I’ve spent over two decades learning everything I possibly could about my physical and mental health from a physiological, biological, and energetic level in an effort to wake up at the deepest level.
Now, it’s my life’s work to embody vibrant living and to teach other women how to cultivate the same sense of aliveness by making peace with pleasure, feeling at home in their bodies, and at choice in their lives… allowing them to make a bigger and better impact in their families & relationships, in their work, and in the world.
